Safelink provides a fully managed compliance service for landlords and property professionals. We take responsibility for tracking, arranging and storing all required safety certificates for your portfolio.
Our monthly compliance fee covers ongoing management. Certificates and any remedial works are charged separately at agreed rates.

£25 per property, per month
Medium Portfolios (11 - 29 Properties)
£20 Per property, per month
Large Portfolio (30 + Properties)
£15 per month, per property
Initial minimum term: 6 month. One calendar month notice required to cancel after initial term
