Managed Property Compliance Pricing
Safelink provides a fully managed compliance service for landlords and property professionals. We take responsibility for tracking, arranging and storing all required safety certificates for your portfolio.
Our monthly compliance fee covers ongoing management. Certificates and any remedial works are charged separately at agreed rates.
Our Pricing is based on the number of properties you manage
Small Portfolios (1 - 9 properties)
£90 per property, per month
Medium portfolios (10 - 29 properties)
£80 Per property, per month
Large Portfolio (30 - 49 properties)
£70 per month, per property
Enterprise Portfolios (50+ properties)
From £60 per property, per month (custom pricing available)
All prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.
Minimum contract term: 6 months. One calendar month notice required to cancel after initial term
